Hi, my name is Sharon, I lived overseas i am raising funds to help my siblings rebuild hope and their homes in Bethel Town, westmoreland Jamaica

Hurricane Melissa destroyed Westmoreland on October 28,2025, and i am raising funds to help four of my siblings rebuild hope and their homes.

When hurricane Melissa struck Bethel Town, Westmoreland, it tore apart more than houses, it shattered the hearts and lives of an entire family.

Four siblings in Jamaica, along with their children and grandchildren living with them(8 in total), lost their homes and nearly everything inside in one devestating night. What took years of hard work and love to build was destroyed in minutes.

Today, these families are crying, traumatized, and overwhelmed, unsure how to begin again.

Among the 8 children and grandchildren, 3 little ones are between thr ages of 2 and 6 years old. Children who should be sleeping safely, playing, and learing are now displaced, frightened, and asking questions no child should ever have to ask:

"When can we go back home?"
"Where will we sleep tonight?"

Right now, there are no answers. Only tears, shock, and heartbreak.

THE PAINFUL REAILTY THESE FAMILES ARE FACING
•Dudley's entire home collapsed. All his belongings and years of hard work are gone.
•Michelle's roof was ripped off, leaving her exposed to the storm. Mattresses were soaked, furniture destroyed, and clothing ruined, with almost nothing left usable.
•Sandra's house caved in, leaving her children and 2 grandchildren without a home. Furniture, clothing, and precious memories were destroyed.
•Keisha's house was damaged. She managed to save some clothing, but most household items, furniture, and belongings were damaged or lost.

Parents and grandparents are trying to stay strong, but their hearts and breaking. They are doing their best to comfort their children, while they themselves are traumatized and in tears.

Donations will go towards shelter and housing(Safe place for famoles to stay while rebuilding), basic essentials(food, clothing, hygiene, and daily living needs), Home rebuilding(Roofing, lumber, concrete, windows, doors, furniture and labor costs), Children and grandchildren(school items, clothing, and bedding.)
