Fitness Fundraiser for Rescue Hub

Hey there!

I'm raising money for Rescue Hub, a Sydney Dog Rescue, who we have helped volunteer and foster dogs from for the past few years.

They are a no kill shelter who help assist in the rehoming of dogs who had no other chance of life.

On Friday May 2nd I'll be doing a fitness fundraiser to help raise funds for Rescue Hub.

40 Mins of Burpees

40 Mins Ski Erg

40 Mins Assault Bike

The goal will be to achieve as many burpees and calories on the Ski and Bike as possible.
