Hi, my name is Bob and I'm fundraising for myself.
I have always been reasonably fit and enjoyed cycling, swimming and walking.
In recent years, as I have aged, I have become far less physically able to partake in these activities mainly due to knee pain.
I still keep myself as active as physically possible but would dearly like to return to something approaching my former fitness level.
I have come across a local gym which offers a 6 week programme specifically targeting my requirements, see below.

Our Group Coaching sessions are designed to boost your energy, improve your balance, mobility and coordination, to help stay independent for years to come later on if life. All sessions are welcoming and beginner-friendly, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported from day one. We recommend 2-3 sessions a week to see the best results. I am employed but currently signed off work by my GP because of my mobility problems arising from the reasons above, therefore my only current income is State Benefit, a situation I am not at all comfortable with.
My aims are to return to work and regain my fitness and mmobility.
Any support would be greatly appreciated.
