Fitness Challenge For Sports Aid Trust
From a young age, sports have played a significant role in my life. I’ve engaged in football, hockey, athletics, tennis, and many other activities—some for fitness and others competitively. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to participate in these sports, but I recognize that not everyone is as fortunate. Through my challenge of completing 100 push-ups and sit-ups daily, I aim to raise awareness and funds for the Sports Aid Trust. This organisation helps provide similar opportunities to those who are less fortunate. The money raised will go to helping aspiring young athletes reach the Olympics, Paralympics and the Commonwealth Games. This would include paying for transport, equipment and entry fees to competitions. £1,000 is enough to roughy help fund one young aspiring athlete. If you are unable to donate, sharing this message would be greatly appreciated.
