Hello dear friends and family, 

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with breast cancer on May 13th and my life has been significantly altered in such a short amount of time. On June 11th, I had a Bi-Lateral Mastectomy that I am still healing from.

The doctor’s felt confident that they had caught it early and the mastectomy would be all that I needed. 

Unfortunately, the pathology from the mastectomy told them otherwise. Cancer was splattered all throughout my breast tissue and they are not confident that they got it all :(

I'm still waiting to find out if I will need to have chemotherapy, but no matter what I will have to do 6 weeks of radiation, hormone blocking drugs for 5-10 years and one or two more surgeries after radiation is complete.  As well as all my weekly appointments which have and will continue to send me all across the Bay.

Since I am self-employed and do not have sufficient state disability insurance available, your donations will help keep my gym thriving while I am fighting this beast until I am back up and running to my usual spunky self!
