Fit a disabled shower in house after major heart failure

Hi my name is Rhys 45 and at the end of March i suffered a major heart trauma which has unfortunately left me in hospital since and now i only have a 20% or less heart facility . I’m extremely lucky to be alive and thankful to nhs staff and have fought hard for my life since. My request today is if I’m to return home I will be forced to use a bowl and water to wash in as my bathroom facilities are unusable for me in my current situation. I’m trying to get enough to just have an old shower over bath that I can not access now removed and shower and level basin fitted. I don’t like to ask for anything but I have exhausted options through local means and have got no where and feel

quite abandoned in the leaving process and a bleak outlook when i do leave hospital. Thank you for your time thanks. Rhys. All money raised will be towards these costs and hopefully making live a little easier for to recover. Thanks .
