FishVol could use our help!
Donation protected
This fundraiser is for Tim "FishVol" Lay, a fellow Vol who could use some financial help. Tim never asked for this fundraiser... I am setting it up at my own discretion. Tim tells his story better on VQ than I ever could, so I pasted his VQ post (02/22/25 "Lost a Great Vol and Wife") below. Please give if you are able and please share this with others. More importantly, please continue to pray for Tim and his sons as they navigate life. Thank you!!

"I haven't been on here much lately as my wife passed at the young age of 46. I have been on here for many years, just changed my name on the new site. My wife and I both grew up in East TN but moved to SC several years ago. We have always represented our Vols and raised our boys the right way as Vol fans. We came up for football, basketball, and baseball games as we could. She was so excited last year about baseball and was so looking forward to this year. It was really hard when baseball started and she wasn't here with us. She was perfectly healthy until about the second week of December. She was in the hospital and got to come home for Christmas. On Dec 28th, I had to call an ambulance and she passed on my birthday, Dec 30th. It was so unexpected and losing my best friend of 24 years has been so hard. I have had to get meds because of bad anxiety attacks. I am 100% disabled and she was 80% of our income. I am now raising our boys without her. If you believe in prayer, please say a prayer for us that we can make it through this. I pray that I can help my boys through this and that He will help me going forward. It's very scary going forward without my best friend, a great mother, and such a great woman. If you believe in prayer, please say one for us.
