Hello, my name is Anna Takahashi. I am thrilled to share my journey towards becoming a professional golfer on the Japan Ladies Professional Golf Association (JLPGA) tour.

I attended Grapevine High School, and I led my high school team to win 3 consecutive UIL 5A State championships. After finishing high school, I was offered a golf scholarship to pursue higher education as a student athlete.

I graduated magna cum laude from Sam Houston University in December 2022, with a double major in Banking & Financial Institutions and Finance. In May 2024, I graduated with a Master’s in Human Resource Management at Wichita State University with GPA of 4.0. For the past 12 years, I have dedicated myself to playing competitive golf, and now, my dream of turning professional is within reach.

During my time at university, I achieved numerous notable results in golf tournaments:

· 1st place - Huntsville Toyota Bearkat Invitational

· 2nd tied - Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational

· 6th place - USA Intercollegiate shooting scores of 73-67-70 (-6 under)

· 9th place - WAC Women's Golf Championship.

· 12th place - 2023 Kansas Women’s Amateur

· 2nd place - TCAT Fossil Creek Collegiate Championship

These experiences have further honed my skills and strengthened my resolve to pursue a professional golfing career.

In June, I will be traveling to Japan to participate in Stage I of the JLPGA Q-School, with the ultimate goal of earning my tour card. However, this journey comes with significant expenses and difficult challenges.

こんにちは、私は高橋アンナです。日本女子プロゴルフ協会（JLPGA）ツアーのプロゴルファーになるための旅路を共有できることに、とても興奮しています。2022年12月にサム・ヒューストン大学を優秀な成績（マグナ・クム・ラウデ）で卒業し、銀行・金融機関学とファイナンスのダブルメジャーを修了しました。また2024年5月、ウィチタ州立大学で人事マネジメントの修士号を取得しました。この12年間、競技ゴルフに情熱を注いできましたが、いよいよプロになる夢が現実に近づいています。

大学時代には数々のトーナメントで好成績をおさめました。例えば、ハンツビル・トヨタ・ベアキャット・インビテーショナルでは優勝し、マリリン・スミス／サンフラワー・インビテーショナルではトップ3に入賞しました。USAインターカレッジでは73-67-70（-6アンダー）で6位に入賞し、WAC女子ゴルフ選手権では9位に入賞しました。 また2023年カンザス女子アマでは12位、TCATフォッシル・クリーク・カレッジ選手権では70-72-74で2位に入賞しました。これらの経験を通じて、自分の腕をさらに磨くと共に、プロゴルファーとしてのキャリアを追求する決意を新たにしました。

6月に日本に渡り、JLPGAのQスクール第1ステージに参加します。そして最終的な目標はツアーカードを獲得することです。しかし、この旅には多くの費用がかかります。そこで、皆さんのご支援をお願いしたいと思います。
