First trip with Team GB Muay Thai to represent my country

My name is Dylan Watson, I’m 15 years old and currently in Year 11 at Hurworth school, studying for my GCSE’s.

I have been training Muay Thai since the age of 8, under head coach Michael Dicks at Fight and Fitness Muay Thai boxing gym in Darlington.

I absolutely love the sport, it’s taught me not only the skills of Muay Thai but discipline, respect, resilience and given me the confidence to keep improving myself to reach my goals.

I have worked extremely hard and have been selected to represent Team GB and my club.

It’s a massive achievement in itself and I am honoured and very proud to be invited to join the GB Squad.

My first trip will be at the IFMA International Antalya Muaythai Open Cup 2024 to be held from 3rd – 9th Dec 2024 in Antalya, Turkey.

These trips are self-funded and can be very costly. So I'm looking for some help with raising funds to help me fulfil my dream and represent my country.

Anything that anyone can spare big or small is all very much appreciated!
