FIRST Robotics Team 2539 - The Krypton Cougars is having their most successful year ever! We are going to the World Championship in Houston, TX April 18th - 23rd. We need your help to defray the cost of Registration ($5,000) and shipping the Robot & Pit to Houston ($600). Our accomplishments this year include:
- WINNER! Hatboro-Horsham Competition - Also won the Excellence in Engineering Award
- WINNER! Springside-Chestnut Hill Competition - Also won the Autonomous Award
- FINALIST! Mid-Atlantic District Championship - Captain of the 2nd Place Alliance
- Qualified for World Championship - Currently Ranked 31st out of 3,294 Teams (Top 1%)
- FIRST World Championship - Houston, TX
Team 2539 is already looking to the future with community STEM events in May and more STEM opportunities for students in K - 12 in our community this Fall.
- Partnered with Derry Township School District for a new Build Site
- Largest Team ever with 30 students
- New FIRST Lego League Teams for Elementary Students
This is why we need your help and support! STEM programs are expensive and volunteers are needed in all areas (Programming, Mechanical, Electrical, CAD, Business & Marketing, Communications, and Media).
