First Rental Installment

Hello, I'm Arthur, I'm a Drama and Acting student at University. I am in dire need of money to complete my first rental installment for my property for my final year at University, otherwise I am unsure what I will do. I do have Housing Hand as a Guarantor but what I discovered was that they dont cover the first rental installment which is literally the only one that I will need help with. I need all funds by July 15th or me and my housemates won't have the house, or I will have to break the current tenancy agreement and have to find somewhere else where I will have the same issue.
