Hi my name is Shayne Hill and I am Kaceys Grandfather, and I am requesting support for a remarkable young athlete, Kacey Narkle, an up-and-coming Indigenous basketball player who has recently earned the incredible opportunity to represent the WA Basketball Academy at the prestigious Asia-Pacific Cup in Singapore.
