First Dutch female climbing the Seven Summits

Dear World,

I'd like to humbly introduce my ambitious dream project: becoming the first Dutch female climber to conquer the seven summits and skiing to the last degree of the North and South Pole, also called the: Explorers Grand Slam!

My journey has already led me to the summits of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Kosciuszko and the unique achievement of being the first Dutch climber to reach both the east and west summit of Mt. Elbrus. In 2024, I am preparing to take on the challenges of Mt. Denali, Mt. Vinson and the South Pole. To complete this mission, I aim to climb Mt. Aconcagua, Mt. Everest in 2025 and ski to the North Pole.

One crucial element is the need for funding. I am incredibly fortunate to have a dedicated team of sponsors who have supported me with the necessary equipment for my journey thus far and continue to do so in the future. However, even with their generous assistance, there remains a financial gap that must be bridged to make this mission possible.

In 2019, I completed my double degree in Allied Medical Care. This academic journey has offered new perspectives and self-awareness. During my expeditions, I actively support local (medical) organizations and participate in mountain rescue and cleanup missions.

Your contribution would be of immense importance in supporting the cause of clean mountains and raising awareness about climate change in cooperation with Protect Our Winters. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on these critical issues.
