I’ll be raising money for Tŷ Hafan this year by joining in with the firewalk at Cardiff Castle. I’m doing this in memory of my brother who spent a lot of time at Tŷ Hafan hospice. Not only did they provide amazing care and experiences for Tommy, but supported all of us as a family.
