Fireman Dustin's Medical Fund

Hi,

My name is Vicky and I'm a family friend of Dustin and Kristen Lantz.  I'm trying to raise money to help cover Dustin's medical bills. 

Even with insurance coverage and help from family and friends, they are drowning in medical bill debt.

About 4 months ago Dustin started having seizures for no apparent reason followed by muscle deterioration, a full body rash and a spot on his brain. He has been in and out of the hospital ever since, but doctors have not been able to diagnose his condition. Some even made it worse by putting him into renal failure.

This week, they were able to get Dustin into the Mayo Clinic and we are all hoping their expertise will shine through and fix him right up.

Dustin is a fireman for the City Of SanTan and he goes out of his way to help people on and off the job. He is a loving husband and father of 3 amazing kids. He is currently on medical leave and desperately wants to get back to the work he loves.

Please help me relieve the burden and stress of their medical bills. They would never ask for help so I'm doing it for them.  Words can never express how thankful I would be for your help with this cause!
