Firefighter Eric Anderson has been a firefighter in the Metro Atlanta area for over 16 years. In those 16 years, Eric has dedicated his life in order to protect and serve others in his community. 

Unfortunately, Eric Anderson has been battling Stage 3 Colon cancer for more than year. He has gone through multiple surgeries, hospital visits, chemo therapy, radiation  & still has more medical procedures to come. 

Currently, Eric Anderson is not able to return to firefighting duty. These circumstances mean that he is no longer receiving compensation. He is now responsible for paying the premium for his health, dental, and vision benefits on his own. These premiums are necessary for his continued medical treatment and recovery. 

On behalf of Firefighters of the Metro Atlanta area, we are asking for donations to help Eric Anderson continue to keep up with his health care benefits.
