Hitchin Firefighters national three peak challenge
On June 18th the Firefighters from Hitchin Fire station are going to attempt to conquer the National three Peak challenge. The challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, in 24 hours (this includes driving between them!)
It will be a gruelling walking distance of 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres.
