Julie Storm

Twenty two years ago Julie’s life was forever changed by a brain aneurysm. She has fought hard over the years and overcome many challenges. During that time she and her husband Bill have raised twins who are now in high school.

Unfortunately on March 5, as Julie and Bill were preparing for Bill’s retirement luncheon from a career as a firefighter/paramedic, Julie suffered another devastating brain bleed. She was rushed to University Hospital where emergency brain surgery was performed. She is currently in critical, but stable condition in the Neuro ICU. The impact of this bleed is still not fully known, but doctors have expressed that Julie has a long road ahead.

Julie has been unable to work since her first brain bleed and Bill has been the sole provider for the family. Bill and Julie’s financial situation, as well as health care coverage will change as a result of his retirement. Obviously, this unplanned event will put a strain on their finances.
We would like to help take some of the financial burden off Bill so they can focus on Julie’s recovery. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
