Firefighter Cody Harnish Recovery

Hello all, my name is Kitana and I am Cody’s wife. On 8/7/2023, Cody was in a serious accident at work that has resulted in a traumatic brain injury. He is currently hospitalized and needs all the support he can get. Cody is a fighter, doctors have used the term miracle several times in the last week. He is so loved and has had such an impact on every person he come across. He brings such light wherever he goes. In the 10 years we’ve been together, I don’t think I’ve ever not seen him without a smile on his face. He is not out of the woods by a long shot and has a very long road to recovery. I have had so many of you ask me where or how to help. This page was made to help with travel, food, bills, medical, and lodging while staying in Springfield until the foreseeable future throughout his healing. For anyone wanting to send cards or letters please mail them all to the address below. We won't be home for a while and have a mail train happening. Due to this please, no flowers as the icu does not allow flowers. We love each and every one of you so much and please keep in him you continued thoughts, prayers, and healing energy.
