Hi, my name is Danielle.

I was wrongfully fired by Walt Disney World after exposing a false sexual harassment claim that someone made using my name. When I found out the truth and reported it, I lost my job. I presented proof supporting my honesty and I was ignored and then gaslit. They told me my 'claims' were 'unfounded.'

I was terminated and denied unemployment, and left with nothing — all because I told the truth. Disney told unemployment that I assaulted this person and bullied them. All untrue. All I did was report them in an effort to remove my MY NAME from a lie. I have yet to speak to this person about this incident. The person who I reported has since come forward with the truth and is still employed. Why am I being punished?

Now I’m facing eviction. I have no income, no support system, and nowhere else to turn. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this is okay.

I have since found a new job but the onboarding is at a snail's pace. I have yet to receive a schedule.
