Hi friends,

We’re heartbroken to share that a few days ago, our beloved taco truck, Ceyer’s Taqueria, was lost in an unexpected electrical fire. The flames started inside the trailer, and by the time we arrived, everything had been destroyed. The equipment, supplies, and interior… all gone in minutes.

But what made this truck so special wasn’t just the food — it was the story behind it.

Ceyer’s is a name that honors both my mom and dad (Cecilia and Hernan) and the dream they shared of serving food made with love. Years ago, they ran a small restaurant in Mexico City, and even after my dad passed away a decade ago, my mom never let go of that vision. This food truck was our way of bringing it to life again, together.

We’re now raising funds to help replace the essentials and hopefully get back to doing what we love, cooking from the heart and serving our community. In the meantime, we’re still open for catering and private events as we work toward rebuilding.

If you feel called to help, whether by donating, sharing, or simply spreading the word — it would mean the world to us. Every dollar, every message of support makes a difference.

Thank you for reading, supporting, and standing with us during this time. We can’t wait to serve you again soon.

With love and gratitude,

The Ceyer’s Taqueria Family
