Rachel... heart on sleeve, giver, lover of nature, helping hand, and a down to earth real friend.... and she needs our help.
Rachel was my son's skills trainer turned close family friend. She meets each person where they are and shines her positive light everywhere she goes. Rachel, like most of us, has suffered a lot of loss this year. In that loss, she has made sure to check in with the community she serves on many levels.
Rachel lost every possession in the Almeda fire Tuesday. To say she is devastated is an understatement. Rachel doesn't 'want' help. I am hoping this doesn't offend her, actually. BUT she is too deserving to sit by and not do something for her.
Let's help her get back onto her feet. She needs a room to rent (preferably in Ashland) and some security knowing she can focus on her own business and mental health. I will start off the donation. I don't need a match, but if you have anything to spare, please help me help her. I love her to the moon.
