On June 26th, 2025, my coworker and friend, Debbie and her family, lost everything in their home to a devastating fire. Thankfully, her daughter and cat, who were home at the start of the fire, were able to get out safely, but other than that, everything was lost.

Debbie is an incredibly hardworking single mother, and they had been in the process of moving from one apartment into this one. They were aiming to finish up the moving process by June 30th. Unfortunately, this means she did not yet have renter's insurance set up and will not be able to claim these losses.

We are ready to wrap them up into the arms of our community to help them rebuild their lives, but we need your help.
