Friends are the family you choose, that is the way I as I'm sure plenty of others see Adam Boone.  Adam is someone who has spent so much of his time in life doing for others. Previously a volunteer firefighter and past assistant chief with Cambria Vol Fire Company as well as an EMT- B with Twin City Ambulance;  Adam has always given to his community.  Now I am asking for help  on his behalf from the community. On the evening of January 13, 2020 Adam was victim to a fire in his home. Unknowingly, Adams dog Titan was a hero that evening. Titan somehow made it out of his crate and broke out of a back bedroom window. Uninjured, Titan ran across the street, after almost being hit by a car, to a neighbors home. The neighbor, who went to take Titan home found the kitchen in flames and called 911 stopping the home from possibly becoming a total loss.   As it is the kitchen and bath are a total loss and the rest of the home have smoke and water damage. All of Adams appliances, furniture and belonging are ruined.  This is where the need for your help comes in. Those of you that know Adam know that the past year has been one thing after another, as most of our lives are. Unfortunately, his has been more to the extreme. Someway somehow Adam still keeps a smile on his face and goes on day to day knowing he will find a way through this all. I want to help him through this all and I hope you will too.  In all of the trials and tribulations of day to day life Adam unknowingly let his renters insurance lapse and has no coverage for his appliances, furniture or belongings. The home owners insurance will cover the home repairs to the structure thankfully, but Adam needs our help to replace his 'stuff'. If any of you can find it in your hearts to give even to tiniest amount to help in this journey it would mean the world to Adam, myself, his friends and family.
