On the night of February 15th, 2025, my family home, the home that I grew up in as well as my sister's, fell victim to an electrical fire that started in a wall and moved to the attic where it began to spread from there, causing extensive damage. Thankfully, nobody was hurt, and the fire department was able to control and extinguish it before the home was rendered a total loss. Unfortunately, however, insurance is not going to cover anything, leaving my mother to fend for herself.

Anyone that has ever known my mom, Kimberly Highstrom, whether it be from her years of helping you with a smile on her face at Long John Silver's, or her opening the door of her home to anyone that ever needed, knows that she has a huge heart and would never hesitate to help anyone in any way she could.

This time she is the one that is going to need some help. I thank anyone that has even so much as taken the time to read this far, and also anyone who has reached out to offer a hand or even a kind word. Any and all funds raised will be used to fix electrical and structural damage done to the home.
