Fire Recovery Fund for Jerome Capers

Jerome and Joyce Capers’ home sustained damage from the tornado that ripped through Middletown, DE on August 4th. Just a week later Jerome arrived at his home early in the morning from the hotel and discovered a fire started in the kitchen. The home was destroyed by the fire. Many have asked how they can help, please consider donating to ease the financial strain on Jerome and Joyce and their family.

My name is Rosalie White, I live in the Estates @ Cedar Lane in Middletown Delaware. Jerome and Joyce Capers are our neighbors who have suffered the devastating loss of their home. The funds raised with this campaign will go directly to the Capers to help with the replacement of clothing, household items and to help with costs to rebuild their home not covered by insurance.

Thank you!
