Fire recovery for Kegan McGurk
Donation protected
On January 5th, my brother lost almost everything in a fast-spreading apartment fire, in downtown Ithaca. We are so thankful that he is safe, and are appreciative of the compassion people have shown over the last day. We are setting this up as a way for those who wish to provide support to Kegan as he works to rebuild.
As an artist and bonsai enthusiast for many years, he has suffered some irreplaceable losses of amassed artwork and beloved trees. However, donations will be used to help him to find new housing and to replace his necessities such as clothing, bedding, and furniture. The funds will also go towards allowing him to continue in his livelihood and passions. He will need to replace cameras, art supplies, and computers in order to create future work and get back on his feet.
We are thankful for any help that is provided, to help him feel some relief, as he heals and moves forward.
