Farmer Jeff’s Home Burned Down!

Jeff woke up at 2am on July 24 to a houseful of smoke! It started as most home fires do, from an electrical issue. He fought the fire, but he lost.

The home, and all of his, and much of his daughters' belongings burned to the ground. He made it out with a pair of pants, a shirt, flip flops and his phone…how thankful we are that he made it out alive!!

There is so much to do, it’s overwhelming to know where to start… Jeff and family are grieving the loss of their home, and trying to imagine the steps forward. They are beyond grateful for our community- many have already stepped forward with love and generosity.
