Fire Left Brittany and Kyla Without a Home

Hello,

My name is Heather, and I received a phone call early this morning at approximately 1 a.m. from my daughter Brittany, telling me her house was on fire. This was an apartment house, and my daughter’s apartment was upstairs, and her best friend Kyla’s was downstairs. There was also another apartment downstairs as well. If it wasn’t for the heroic actions of my son Ken getting everyone out of the building, the outcome would have been grave. Everyone is safe, and the Red Cross is helping to place them temporarily in a shelter. I believe they have lost everything that both Brittany and Kyla worked so hard to achieve, so this is for them. If you could find it in your heart to donate anything, no matter how big or small, they would be eternally grateful. Thank you, and God bless…
