Fire in our building :(

Hello friends. We are a family of 3 expecting another baby in November. We had a fire in our building last week. While our condo itself didn’t burn, the upstairs unit did and the resulting fire and water damage have left the building uninhabitable. We can’t go back into our home for at least 9-12 months, maybe longer, while insurance settles the claim and the building is repaired.
