Facebook Fam I have unfortunate news to share.
On 2/14/20 at 4:00pm our neighbor’s duplex caught on fire & spread to our side. We evacuated the duplex, all of us waiting in the cold with no jackets, no socks, we had no time to really react not knowing the outcome.
With too much water and smoke damage it resulted in a total loss. We had to find a new place to live, without renters insurance and financially unprepared we had no place to go.
Our family consist of myself, my daughter, my grandbaby, our cat Krucks, and my 84 year old father, all misplaced with nowhere to go.
My father was sent to live temporary with my ex-husband with just a backpack of items I was allowed to grab while being escorted by the Fire Marshal.
Myself, my daughter & grand baby went to stay with my mom.
We have since found a new home however having to start over has be a burden. I am reaching out to any and all my Facebook family for help.
Please know this GoFundMe page was a last resort for assistance feeling overwhelmed & defeated I have learned to put my pride aside and ask for help.
