Fire Disaster @ Blue Tractor Pastured Egg Farm

Donation protected
Hello, this is Fiona. Sister to Belinda. Owner, Farmer, Business Woman, Animal Lover and Environmental Defender..
2023 has not started so well for her Farm, Blue Tractor Pastured Eggs. Fire engulfed Donnybrook to Noggerup with her Farm in-between. The first time it took the back paddock. Bravely fought off by Belinda and her Neighbours just stopping it at the top of the hills before it took the older Jarrah/Marri Bush. No power No sleep for 4 days. While fighting spot fires still having to do the daily Farm tasks. Collecting, packing Eggs, Feed, Water and a million other things for the 1000 hens.
They gave the all clear Saturday Morning opened the road. So after 5 days No power food all rotten went to town to collect groceries and help Steve move house.
Sometime before lunch the Neighbours called saying "Your Pastures on Fire".
They got out the farm as quick as possible. Steve went to drop electric fences letting the Alpacas and hens out. Bel put the fire fighter on and raced to wet down Chicken Caravans, the hens, the ground. She had on just started the unit turned to see flames racing at her through the caravan. Hens running screaming and dying. She has no choice but to drop the hose and run herself through the paddock to safely in a clearing.
Steve watching what happening raced to protect and help her, got badly burned saving her work vehicle and fire unit.
Once again Neighbours managed to stop it 15 metres from the house.
Since then every day more spot fires starting. While still having the daily Farm running duties She has Hens burnt and needing care. Their feet burned. So many died that she has had to bury. More each day having to be put down or need care.
Every night she is setting alarms getting up to go water down trees still burning or put out spot fires.
She has lost all her boundary fences. Which means her Guardian Animals Alpacas Polly & Molly plus Maremma's
Hiro & Coco keep escaping.
The road ahead is dire at this point. You can't just go to the shop and replace laying hens. Her income has been impacted and she has no means to replace the lost hens. It will take months, many months for her to rebuild and replace.
If you are able to donate a few dollars to help her rebuild she would be most grateful. At this point she is running on adrenalin, just doing what needs to be done for her previous girls and her sanctuary.
Steve is currently in Fiona Stanley burns unit being treated for his burns.
Much thanks & love Fee xxx
