Fire Destroys Family Home Before Christmas

Dear All,

Our friend and colleague, Sascha Shakoor, was sadly forced out of his home last evening, December 15th, along with his wife and two kids (ages 8 and 7) when a fire broke out in their basement causing major smoke & water damage. They are currently taking shelter at a motel until repairs can be completed and their home is made habitable.

While no one was injured, it will still be some time before they can resume their normal lives. For this family of deep faith, we are hoping to restore some of the joy during this Holiday Season.

We understand this is a tough time for everyone, especially with the Holidays upon us, but anything you can donate would go a long way toward giving this family some light during this dark time.
