Fire destroyed home. Please help with anything.

My father-in-law Mark Morris was home alone sleeping when the fire broke out early Sunday morning. His dog woke him up and alerted him to the flames. his wife, Laine, Was not home at the time. They were building the home themselves. As a result, the insurance company did not consider it a finished home and Mark was not able to insure the house or its contents.
