Brady and Kristi Wenrich woke up in the early hours of February 27 to their home on fire. By the time the firefighters were able to get control of the fire, much of the property had been lost to smoke and water damage. They are still waiting on a full assessment of what was lost and if they are able to go back to the house or if they will have to start from scratch. The silver lining is that they made it out, and the firefighters were able to save their beloved dog, Penny.
