Fire at Brett Allores
Donation protected
Hi Everyone.
My name is Edward Davidson, i am Jackie Davidson's (Brett's better half lol) little brother. When we heard about the fire,,, as a team effort Melissa my sister Jackie's daughter, my other sister Margaret and myself thought it would be a good idea to reach out to the community to ask for help. I haven't known Brett very long, but for the short time that i have known him i can tell you that he is a good man.. he is the type of person that would take the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He takes pride in his work and when you see anything he worked on you know that it was done with love and care.
During this economic climate we need to pull together and help each other... its hard out there right now and for something like this to happen just before Christmas is devastating. Brett isn't the type of person to go out looking for hand outs, that is why we have put this gofundme page together for him, because we know he wouldn't... but he need our help to at least get a roof on his shop so he can work to be able to pay his bills and mortgage.
In 1990 Brett Allore started on his dream of becoming the best of the best in the automotive world in restoring vehicles. He worked his 9-5 job during the day, and the nights and weekends were spent on his love of cars. In 2001, he was able to start full time on restoration while building his shop. In 2002, Brettskys Paint and Kustom restoration shop came to be. His pride in creating amazing work is absolutely incredible. He has made dreams come true for so many people throughout his journey. Each restoration is put together with so much care and love, every vehicle that leaves his hands is nothing but perfection. As most car lovers know, vehicles hold different sentimental value to each owner, whether is be handed down generation to generation, a childhood memory, all the way to memorial pieces. Brettsky has done it all with a smile on his face !
On Thursday, October 24th, 2019 Brettskys Paint and Kustom restoration shop had caught fire around 6:00-6:30 am. The investigation concluded that it had been an electrical fire in the roof of the shop that had started it. It soon spread across the entire roof. Within the shop was 4 classic cars in the process of complete restoration. Luckily enough only two suffered minor damage. We were able to recover all tools and hoists with the help of amazing family and friends. 4 fire departments including Bonnyville, La Corey, Fort Kent, and Ardmore responded to put out the flames, and we have so much love and appreciation for them right now.

Unfortunately there was no insurance on the shop because the paint booth was homemade, and the funds to upgrade it were not available, and the shop is in need of a lot of work. With winter coming fast we are worried for what is to come. As this shop is Brett’s life, we need to get it up and running again so he can continue making his living and loving his job and building dreams for people. We consider ourselves extremely lucky, as the damages could have been worse. But without his shop, he cannot work. We need to replace the entire roof, including tin, trusses, as well as a few supports within the walls that are burnt. We need to redo all electrical for his power.

But suffering such hard times these few years, our budget is not very high. We are hoping that our community can help and support us as we work on bringing Brettskys Paint and Kustom back to life ! We are asking for donations to go towards building off of what is left of the shop. Anything is appreciated !
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts !! Please help them !
