Como o Pastor Felipe disse no domingo, não é fácil ser vulnerável e se expor publicamente, e, para nossa familia, que posta bem pouco em Social Midia, é algo bem dificil de fazer, posso garantir. Mas, após muito orar e não conseguir outros caminhos, esse é o nosso último recurso para confirmar a vontade de Deus em nossa vida.

Portanto, desde o começo gostaria de deixar claro que se você não sente em seu coração ajudar ou colaborar para esse nosso projeto, está tudo bem, não há problema algum.

De algo estamos certos, o Senhor nos trouxe para cá, disso eu tenho certeza, e, Ele nos conduziu em todas as etapas até nosso greencard ser aprovado pela USCIS, mas por alguma razão na hora da emissão alguém da USCIS trouxe uma visão diferente e nosso advogado não foi capaz de nos defender apropriadamente conforme o oficial de imigração fez questão de reforçar. E até nisso acredito que há um propósito.

Agora estamos precisando mudar de advogado, fazer uma apelação e entrar com um novo 485, e, como se todo o desgaste emocional e familiar ja não fosse suficiente para nós, hoje há o desafio financeiro de recomeçar um processo totalmente novo (financeiramente falando). E após falarmos com alguns amigos, falamos com alguns advogados e claramente todos tem que receber pelo serviço, e, além dos advogados tem mais as taxas imigratórias de uma apelação e um novo 485 para 4 pessoas.

Confesso que pensei algumas vezes em apenas desistir e só voltar para o Brasil, mas ouvi que se Deus não deu o Não, não devo ser eu a pessoa a dar. Então, deixando de lado todos os meus sentimentos, vergonha e sei lá mais o que, venho através desse app, pedir que se Deus tocar em seu coração para contribuir com a nossa causa, você nos ajude com a quantia que Ele tocar em seu coração. Não importa se pouco ou muito... é de fato com aquilo que Ele tocar, até porque aquilo que para uns é pouco para outros significa muito, nós bem sabemos.

Esse valor servirá para nos ajudar com o valor que temos que pagar, e, hoje, temos duas opções de advogados; uma é alguém que ambos sentimos a confiança de prosseguir, pois sentimos que ela lutará em nosso favor juridicamente falando, mas no final sabemos que Deus é quem sabe quem servirá para o propósito que Ele tem, e essa doação, será inclusive uma resposta de oração, pois conforme a quantia que arrecadarmos teremos a resposta para nossa oração.

Então estamos colocando aqui o total que precisamos, mas se não atigirmos esse valor sabemos que também será uma resposta de oração. E se preferir falar diretamente conosco, está tudo bem também.

Só quero te pedir que não poste em midias sociais esse link e só compartilhe se sentir que Deus está pedindo para você compartilhar com alguém especificamente.

Nosso prazo é curto e precisamos pagar o advogado e as taxas imigratórias até terça feira, pois não podemos peder o prazo de até 6 de dezembro para dar entrada no processo. Então oro nesse momento para que o Senhor fale contigo conforme o propóstio Dele para que isso possa ser benção nas nossas vidas e também na sua vida. Em nome de Jesus, Amém.

Atualização 26/11: Encontramos outro advogado que está nos cobrando metade do valor que o novo advogado solicitou inicialmente. Graças ao apoio de amigos e familiares, já arrecadamos um pouco mais da metade do valor original. Se você puder contribuir, isso significaria muito para nós, mas se não puder, suas orações e apoio são igualmente valiosos.

Now we need to change lawyers, file an appeal, and file a new 485, and as if all the emotional and family stress wasn't enough for us, now we have the financial challenge of starting a completely new process (financially speaking). And after talking to some friends, we spoke to some lawyers and it is clear that everyone has to be paid for their services, and in addition to the lawyers, there are also immigration fees for an appeal and a new 485 for 4 people.

I confess that I thought a few times about just giving up and going back to Brazil, but I heard that if God didn't say no, I shouldn't be the one to say no.

So, leaving aside all my feelings, shame and who knows what else, I come through this app to ask that if God touches your heart to contribute to our cause, you help us with the amount that He touches your heart. It doesn't matter if it's a little or a lot... it is in fact with what He touches, because what for some is little means a lot to others, as we know very well.

This amount will help us with the amount we have to pay, and today, we have two options for lawyers; one is someone we both feel confident in pursuing because we feel that she will fight on our behalf legally speaking, but in the end, we know that God knows who will serve the purpose that He has, and this donation will also be an answer to our prayer because according to the amount we raise, we will have the answer.

So we are putting here the total that we need, but if we do not reach this amount, we know that it will be an answer to prayer. And if you prefer to speak directly with us, that is also fine.

But I would like to ask you not to post this link on social media and only share it if you feel that God is asking you to share it with someone specifically.

Our deadline is short, and we need to pay the lawyer and the immigration fees by Tuesday because we cannot miss the deadline of December 6th to file the case.

Update 11/26: We’ve found another lawyer who is charging us half the amount the new lawyer initially requested. Thanks to the support of friends and family, we’ve already raised a little over half of the original amount. If you’re able to contribute, it would mean so much to us, but if not, your prayers and support are just as valuable.
