Dry & Neuro FIP Treatment Gus & now Charlie

Hello all my story how all this started is in the next paragraph. Here is an update!! Gus is officially cured as of end of January no sign of the virus in his body at all. But unfortunately I have some bad news his brother Charlie just started showing symptoms and now has the same virus his brother had. I am currently going to be starting treatment with him ASAP. This is a very expensive treatment to go through and I am going to have to go through it again. His kidney levels are low and his liver levels are high so I am currently working on that to get them back where they need to be. Any help, kind words anything will help me through this journey again. If you can help donate to the cause to help Charlie and Gus I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Hi my name is Shannon. Gus was diagnosed with FIP back in beginning of August. I started the treatment where he gets a shot everyday for 84 days. Unfortunately this is a very expensive treatment but worth it. He gets blood work done 3 times during the 84 day treatment. We finished treatment on October 29th, 2021 with a absolutely no sign of the FIP in his blood at all. So i started the observation process and he won’t be done until January 21st making sure it doesn’t come back. I’m asking any help I can due to a lot of things that have been going on in my life. All of Gus shots, supplies, vet visits, and bloodwork. I Was off of work for 2 1/2 due to covid had to go to the emergency room. Husband lost his job was out for covid too. I have no health insurance right now. He left to go be with his family for over a month with me taking care of everything. Had a death in the family. Under so much stress loosing my hair from having covid back in august hopefully it will come back. Just went  to through a divorce . Amongst other things when it rains it pours. All this in 3 months. Been doing the best I can on paying for bills and Gus’s treatment I refused to give up on him so I am definitely behind. I appreciate everyone so much especially Julie who has been with me every step of the way with this treatment for Gus.
