Finn needs top surgery

Hello my name is Finn. I'm a 21 year old transgender man. I've been 'out' as trans for nearly 4 years now.  Im nearly a year on hormones which has been great for my mental health and all round wellbeing however I still have huge amounts of dyphoria and all round bad feelings around my chest. Because of this I am seeking surgery to flatten my chest and make it look more masculine. However due to the nhs gender identity clinic waitlists it would take about 4 years for me to receive this surgery and i simply cannot mentally wait that long.  To go private, the surgery costs upwards of £6000 and i also need to factor in recovery costs and traveling to and from the hospital. Anything that you could do to help me I'd greatly appreciate. I'm also an illustrator and any money that I get from commissions would go to this to surgery funds.
