Finley & Hidden the Musical in France

This September, I have been offered the incredible opportunity to perform a concert version of Hidden, the Musical in Albi, France for the relatives of a family that helped hide Ruth Kapp-Hartz during The Holocaust, a story I have been studying and performing around Philly since 2023. The creators of the musical, Ruth and her daughter, and two other amazing performers will also be travelling to Albi and I feel incredibly lucky to be invited to participate in such a beautiful tribute to the brave protectors and their legacies. We will have the chance to stay with the family, travel to a Catholic Abbey where Ruth was concealed, and more.

However international travel costs are very expensive, and I already work more than full-time to support myself so affording a trip like this is nearly impossible. I need to renew my passport, book flights and train tickets, and ensure I can pay for meals during the trip as well. Anything that you are able to contribute will be incredibly helpful towards my goal and I could not be more grateful. I have the most supportive and loving community in the world and I hope that by going on this trip and using my talents to tell the stories of Ruth, her family and the courageous people who protected them that I can find a way to make you all proud.
