Finishing school while kicking cancer’s butt!

Hi everyone, my name is Alvino,
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer a year and a half ago. I underwent a prostatectomy at the age of 45. I went through this while my wife was five months pregnant with our second child.The surgery and removal of the prostate was a success. Although I’ve learned five weeks ago that there is still a tumor inside my body which is causing a relapse. As my family and I journey through this we are staying positive and wanted continue to focus on the future.
I look forward to restarting my online college studies at Walden University. I have 10 more classes to finish before reaching my Bachelor's of Science in Educational Studies. I will continue working with children at the kindergarten level. I would like to develop a movement class for children between the ages of 2-6. The class will focus on music, self-confidence and self-awareness.
Also, I would like to share how very important for men at a young age to please get tested for prostate cancer. Someone at my age I would’ve never thought of checking for prostate until my wife convinced me to do so. My wife is a gift and I am lucky to have found her!
The coast will go towards my re-entry into college program at @ $2500.
And the remainder will go towards my 10 classes at $15,275.
That's estimated $1528 per class. I would like to begin my studies at the beginning of the new year. My new year resolution title for 2020"To Finish What I Started."
