Hello, my name is Mamalee, and I am a dedicated nursing student at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. I am currently going into my fourth semester of a five-semester Master’s program, and I am reaching out to ask for your support in helping me finish my education and achieve my dream of becoming a nurse.
Being in the healthcare field has always been my passion. To me, nursing is not just a profession—it’s about providing patients with compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care. It's about making a real difference in people's lives by ensuring they feel heard, cared for, and supported through some of their most vulnerable moments. With my degree from Johns Hopkins, I am determined to take these values into my career and contribute meaningfully to the healthcare field.
I have maintained a strong academic record throughout my program, holding a 3.5 GPA, which reflects my dedication and commitment to becoming the best nurse I can be. However, as I approach my final semester, I am faced with a financial challenge. I have a remaining tuition balance of $50,000 for my last two semesters, and I am currently unable to cover this cost on my own. I have been working hard to raise funds, but without your support, I am unsure if I'll be able to finish my studies and graduate.
I believe deeply in the importance of nursing and healthcare, and I am committed to using my education to help others. Your donation will not only help me complete my education at one of the most prestigious nursing schools in the world, but it will also bring me closer to the goal of becoming a nurse who can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Even a small donation would mean the world to me and help make it possible for me to finish my education and become a licensed nurse. I would be incredibly grateful for any support you can provide during this critical time. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Mamalee
P.S. Your contribution will directly impact my ability to continue my studies and, ultimately, to serve patients with the care and compassion they deserve. Thank you again for your generosity.
