Hey there!
First and foremost, thank you for stopping by and considering a donation.
My name is Sandra Arroyo-Becker and I am an undergraduate student studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as a sorority member of Chi Omega at the wonderful University of South Carolina.
This past year was a very difficult year for me, both academically and mentally/emotionally. Unfortunately my grandmother was diagnosed with Stage IV pancreatic cancer, my family has been experiencing great financial difficulties, and I had a very rigorous curriculum. Trying to juggle all of this has caused me to fall into a deep state of depression and I am still trying to work through it.
Due to my illness, I fell behind on several bills and feel as though I am drowing in financial obligations. I come from a single-parent household and, as mentioned previously, my family is going through a very difficult time, and it is not feasible for them to assist me, as much as they would love to. I work as a waitress making $2.13/hr (plus tips) and am trying to catch up, however, it seems insurmountable with the little bit that I make.
I have provided a break down of each bill for the month of August 2016 that needs to be paid and the amount.
Please do not hesitate to ask, should you have any questions!
I appreciate your consideration, and thank you for your donation, as any little bit can help!
