Hello you all know me by now and have helped me many times in many ways , I need your help again. The property pictured is my family home. My Mother moved out because use of her mobility and the location of the bathroom was not negotiable with one leg and half a foot. She purchased this property in 1971 as a widow raising me her latch key kid working in a freezing cooler on her feet. Min. 40 hrs a week for 40 years with Armours. She alway said God wouldn’t let her loose her home and she wanted to live there until she passed. My step father was her school day friend they married in 1974.

After my mother became a amputee she moved in with Ray and I. After my botched surgery put me in Physical Rehabilitation Centers and in and out of the hospital- my step father moved to our house too lldaving our house in the woods empty and vulnerable to the people who destroyed it.My son stayed there shortly trying to clear out some debris but it was impossible for one person. Once COVID hit the house was empty and continued to be ransacked. Someone( the only neighbor who can visibly see our home) turned our house into the township who then condemned it for safety and sanitary reasons. This person saw it as an opportunity for my parents to be taken advantage of and offered an extremely low selling price for a acre of wooded property secluded in the North Hills even if the house was tote down.I haven’t the physical ability to go claim over 50 years of personal documents left behind in the home.I explained to the magistrate my limitations and he fined me over $3500 due February 23rd or a bench warrant for my apartment arrest will be issued.I understand it is problem in it’s current condition.Our neighbor has been dumping his trash on it also…but when we were about to start addressing things myDad became immobile and survived a serious surgery.I didn’t know the township had condemned it because for some reason they could not locate me until October. I need to raise the money for the fines and for the clean up in order to sell the property all funds from sale going to state pay back program for Medicare services.We have been rebuilding our furnace pIece by piece for almost five years. Now it has finally quit on us. With the help of a Friend whose son works HVAC we need a new furnace through Carrier buy back program at a reduced cost of $4000.

My Mom is cold everyday and Ray is paying large electricity bills for space heaters. We need a new furnace. Finally and with much embarrassment and frustration our house has been under a rodent attack worsening every year since the closing of Highland Country Club and the new Condominiums built on the acreage. My lungs cannot withstand strong chemicals and we cannot relocate five people to clear the mess. Ray has become the Mouse Hunter. He cannot close the holes these creatures are chewing through our sandstone basement walls quickly enough.Stressful.if anyone can help us in any way big and nothing is too small. The meals prepared since September have been a blessing but have slowed down surely way more time than we ever expected and clothes for Bobby who lost everything he had stored at our other house has been a blessing.If you have faith and can just offer a prayer it would.
