I could never imagine that that ensuing singular bite sent me on an adventure to the other side of the planet. I was searching for joy, for belonging - looking to others who speak the same language as me - the language of food. What I found changed my life forever. In finding India, I found myself."

Miami is known for its incredible cultural influence but can we find India in a city like Miami? Our team heads to farms growing Indian produce, and meets with award-winning chefs from the diaspora.

Part Three - India - From Maine to Mumbai

Chef Keith arrives in India. Will he find the answers he is looking for? Learning dishes from remote villages to studying with chefs and food researchers all in hopes to answer the question, what is Indian food?
