Finding Fernando Assistance Fund

Hello Everyone:
Ian and I are coordinating the local efforts in the search for Fernando. Fernando Pelatos went out on Bahia La Ventana on his kayak Monday evening (July 13) at 6pm to go fishing. He was spotted in the water near the south beach area of La Ventana, but he did not arrive at his destination later that evening nor has he been seen since. His kayak was recovered the next day.
We have had multiple boats and shore excursions over the last few days throughout the bay and to Isla Cerralvo to try and locate him. The local authorities, State Police, Civil Commission
and related government sources are involved in the search.
The Family has been a bit overwhelmed in the last few days and we are working side by side with the local authorities in this effort and we need your help. At this time, we are looking for donations to help with gas for the boats, food and drinks for those on the front lines, and other expenses relating to the search and rescue efforts.

Ian y yo estamos coordinando los esfuerzos locales en la búsqueda de Fernando. Fernando Pelatos salió en Bahía La Ventana en su kayak el lunes por la noche (13 de julio) a las 6 p.m. para ir a pescar. No llegó a su destino esa noche, y su kayak ha sido recuperado.
Hemos tenido múltiples botes y excursiones en tierra durante los últimos días a lo largo de la bahía y a Isla Cerralvo para tratar de localizarlo. Las autoridades locales, la policía estatal, la comisión civil
y fuentes gubernamentales relacionadas están involucradas en la búsqueda.
La familia ha estado un poco abrumada en los últimos días y estamos trabajando codo a codo con las autoridades locales en este esfuerzo y necesitamos su ayuda. En este momento, estamos buscando donaciones para ayudar con el gas para los botes, alimentos y bebidas para los que están en primera línea, y otros gastos relacionados con los esfuerzos de búsqueda y rescate.
