Finding Closure for Michael Oldham's Family

My father, Michael James Oldham, passed away on June 10, 2025. He would have turned 60 this year. He was loved dearly by his family, and his passing has filled us with great sorrow and confusion. His death was extremely sudden and unexpected, and my worst fears have become reality. Our family is stuck in shock and disbelief, and we are desperate for answers.

My brother Kevin Oldham and myself, Shannon Oldham, are searching for the definitive cause of the loss of our father. He passed from complications with a routine surgery, though there are significant questions as to what the complications were and how they had arisen. We believe there is evidence of malpractice, but more importantly, we are just seeking the peace of knowing exactly how and why our father passed. The hospital was not forthcoming about cause of death and gave us conflicting responses when we inquired about the complications, so we unfortunately will have to have it determined privately.

Due to the unexpected nature of Michael's passing, our family is unequipped with resources to order a forensic autopsy, so we are asking for your help to put my father to rest and help his family find some peace. Donations will help in supporting us with private autopsy, respecting his wishes of cremation, and legal services.

Michael loved his children and family dearly and would do anything to mitigate our suffering, we're only looking to do the same for him. I love my Dad and miss him so much.

We have no funerary plans at this time but we will be planning a celebration of life. Thank you for reading.
