Finding Clorrica Riggs

Clorrica Riggs has been missing since Tuesday August 23rd, 2022 at approximately 2:00pm. Her vehicle was last located at Rainbow Lake Trailhead in Whistler BC.

We're all still concerned that Clorrica may have become injured in the dense woods, which we have not been able to effectively search on foot.

The family requested another thermal scan this past weekend since their previous attempt was unsuccessful due to the high temperatures, but was denied that request. We're told that the service is of limited resource, and that the RCMP is not willing or able to deploy thermal imaging again. The search was suspended on August 25th, only 2.5 days after her missing.

With the help of various local K9 search teams, local and travelling people, we believe this is our best chance at bringing Clorrica home.

I am Kalina Billings, one of Clorrica's best friends for about 9 years. I am raising the funds on behalf of her family and closest friends. Your donation will go towards supporting the non-profit volunteer's expenses and accommodations to travel to Whistler to search with K9 response team's, and any other means to continue the search to bring Clorrica home where she belongs. Any excess of funds will be donated in Clorrica’s name to a local organization(s) of her family's choice. Additional details about Clorrica:

Clorrica is 29 years old, long brown hair, brown eyes, approx 120 pounds, and 5'2 feet tall. Last seen wearing black Nike spandex shorts, teal running shoes, dark t-shirt with a black Helly Hansen backpack, with her teal green phone in hand while leaving her staff housing at approx 1415. The Vehicle location was at Rainbow Lake Trailhead upper level parking.

She has various tattoos mostly on arms/hands. Clorrica is a very avid hiker and is known to venture off the beaten trail from time to time for a beautiful lookout point or a place to read, write or meditate. She always notifies someone of her plans and prepares herself adequately.
