For those of you that know Barry Toroni-Byrne, you are aware of his inherent sweetness, empathic nature and overall good vibe that he carries every day.  Barry is a light in the lives of many. For a lot of us, Barry is a vital reason to smile. 

For those that don't know, Barry has always had battles with his dental health. When he was a young child, he was the victim of a dental nightmare -- He was held down by a dentist and had teeth unnecessarily removed.  This contributed to poor dental health as he grew up.  Twice Barry has battled infection stemming from his teeth being unhealthy. To say there has been struggle with teeth and dental health overall is an understatement.

Three years ago, Barry, or B as he's most affectionately known, had to have 8 teeth removed in order to stave off another hospital stay. Before that, B had to lose 7 other teeth in a similar fashion. Because of this, eating and smiling are daily struggles for B.  For someone who has a passion for positivity AND good food, this is a horrible place to be in mentally.

The goal of this fundraiser is to be able to afford either a great set of dentures, or if we somehow surpass our goal, B could get something more permanent and finally find the beautiful smile that he has always wanted.  Not to mention, B could finally enjoy the delicious food he makes for others with no consequence.  

B is a passionate educator, husband, friend and family member.  He has had to suffer for far too long, and his self esteem and confidence are also at bay.  B truly deserves to find his smile, and truly feel as beautiful as he is inside and out. 

Any little bit would be helpful, and I know for a fact that B will be ever grateful for finding his smile again, thanks to those who choose to help.
