FINDING BENNY-Owner continues to seek justice

Benny was a service dog who was taken to a training facility where he was killed by the owner. Law enforcement dropped the ball and Benny's remains were never found even though the owner admitted to hiding his body. To this day, he has not been prosecuted. The Stark County Humane Society and dog warden failed to do their jobs as well as the Stark County Prosecutors, resulting in 9 potential felony charges to be dismissed. The owner of Ohio Pet Resort has paid no consequences for the 3 dogs he killed and upwards of 40 dogs he abused, starved, and eventually abandoned on the property. Funds will go towards expenses that have and will continue be incurred as we continue on the journey to prosecute the owner of the facility. They will also go towards a memorial for Benny, donations towards multiple parties who have helped us in this fight, and expenses for Grace's new service dog, Dill.
